Merluzzo - Kingklip marinated in lemon yogurt and Cointreau liquor, oven baked, and topped with cream of curried mussels.
Bistecca - Rump filled with Spanish chorizo and Danish feta, flame grilled and finished off with a Porcini mushroom and rosemary veloute.
*Both main courses served with pecorino mashed potato or polenta.
Strawberry San Valentino - Fresh strawberries layered with Chantilly cream and brandy snaps, accompanied with an orange velvet coulis.
Amoroso - Lindt chocolate brownies, glazed with caramel and served with mint and vanilla ice cream.
